1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Rudransh Solartech Pvt. Ltd., registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. "Customer" refers to any individual or organisation engaging our services. "Services" refers to solar panel installation, AMC, subsidy assistance, and related services.

2. Services Offered

Rudransh Solartech provides the following services in Uttar Pradesh:

• Residential rooftop solar panel installation (1 kW to 10 kW systems)
• Commercial and industrial solar installations
• PM Surya Ghar Yojana subsidy application assistance
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for solar systems
• Solar system health checks, cleaning, and repair services

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is subject to site survey findings, material availability, and applicable taxes (GST). Any changes to project scope may affect the quoted price.

4. Payment Terms

• A booking advance is required to confirm your installation slot.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque.
• Full payment is due upon project completion unless an EMI arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• GST will be charged as applicable under Indian law.

5. Installation and Project Timeline

Estimated installation timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to government approvals, DISCOM (distribution company) inspections, material supply, weather conditions, or force majeure events. The Company will keep customers informed of any significant delays.

6. Government Subsidy Assistance

Rudransh Solartech assists customers in applying for PM Surya Ghar Yojana and other government subsidies. We provide guidance and documentation support; however, the final approval and disbursement of subsidies rests entirely with the Government of India / UPNEDA. The Company does not guarantee subsidy approval and is not liable for delays or rejection by government authorities.

7. Warranties

• Solar Panels: Performance warranty as per manufacturer terms (typically 25 years performance, 10 years product warranty).
• Inverter: As per manufacturer warranty (typically 5–10 years).
• Installation Workmanship: 1-year warranty on installation quality by Rudransh Solartech.
• Warranties are void if the system is tampered with, modified, or damaged by unauthorised persons, natural disasters, or misuse.

8. Liability Limitation

The Company's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Energy generation estimates are indicative and actual output may vary based on weather, shading, and usage patterns.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made before material procurement may be eligible for a partial refund. Once materials have been ordered or installation has commenced, refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Rudransh Solartech Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
