Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Site Survey
You may cancel your enquiry or booking before a site survey has been conducted with no penalty. Any advance booking amount paid will be fully refunded within 7 working days.
2. Cancellation After Site Survey (Before Contract Signing)
If you cancel after a site survey has been completed but before signing the installation contract, no cancellation fee is charged. Site surveys are provided free of charge with no obligation.
3. Cancellation After Contract Signing
- Before material procurement begins: 90% refund of the amount paid. A 10% administrative fee is retained.
- After materials have been ordered but before installation begins: Refund of the paid amount minus actual material costs incurred and a 15% processing fee.
- After installation has commenced: No refund on work completed. Refund applicable only on the unstarted portion of work, minus a 20% handling charge.
- After installation is complete: No refund. Warranty claims should be raised per our warranty policy.
4. Defective Work or Service Failure
If a system installed by Rudransh Solartech fails to function due to faulty workmanship or materials within the warranty period, we will:
- Rectify the fault at no cost to you as the first recourse.
- Replace defective materials under applicable manufacturer warranties.
- Offer a partial or full refund only if the fault cannot be reasonably rectified, as determined by our technical team.
5. Government Subsidy Related Refunds
Subsidy amounts are disbursed directly by the Government of India to the customer's bank account. Delays or non-approval of subsidies are not grounds for cancellation or refund of our service charges, as subsidy processing is entirely managed by government authorities.

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
7. Disputes
In case of a dispute, we encourage customers to first contact our customer service team. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
